What peptide tracking apps are available on Android?
Protocol is the only full-featured native peptide tracking app on Android as of June 2026. It has complete feature parity with the iOS version. No other major peptide tracker (PepTracker, Dose, PeptIQ, PeptideCalc) has an Android version. Protocol is available free on the Google Play Store.
Can I use Protocol on both iPhone and Android?
Protocol runs on both iOS and Android but does not currently sync data between devices. Each installation is independent and stores data on-device only. If you switch devices, your existing log data doesn't transfer automatically. The iOS and Android apps are identical in feature capability.
